- Robert Hess is CEO and co-founder of TSG, a Santa Monica based software development and information management consulting company. Robert has over 40 years of management and leadership experience. His military career included command of Army units in the United States, Germany, and Vietnam, followed by service in the Pentagon and the Department of State. Prior to founding TSG, Robert’s post-military career includes VP of Business Development for France’s largest aerospace firm. Robert holds an MA in International Relations from the American University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School, with special interest in process efficiency. He holds a certificate from the Board of Directors Institute, Price Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a Senior Fellow at the Center for the Digital Future, Annenberg School at USC. Robert is the Founder and Chairman of the Prostate Cancer Awareness Project, a California 501 (c)(3) not for profit charity.
